Concrete Leveling Process
At Neuwirth Concrete Solutions, we specialize in concrete lifting and void filling throughout the Tampa region for a wide range of homes, businesses and municipalities. If you have sinking or uneven concrete, we can fix it. Below is a look at our process for lifting and repair your concrete.
How It Works: Our Concrete Leveling Process
Step 1: Preliminary Evaluation:
Our skilled technicians will pinpoint the impacted areas zones of your concrete slab. This assessment allows our team to know the exact quantity of material needed to lift and restore your structure.
Step 2: Drilling Small Entry Points:
Next, we will meticulously drill small holes into the sinking concrete. Since these holes are only about the size of a dime, there is minimal interference with your concrete structure and very little mess on your property.
Step 3: Injecting Polyurethane Foam:
Then our team injects polyurethane as a low-viscosity liquid into the holes. Upon injection, polyurethane expands into a foam while carefully and precisely lifting the concrete until the surface is even. Using polyurethane foam is more efficient than the concrete slurry used in other forms of concrete leveling.
Step 4: Final Touches and Cleanup:
Once the leveling process has been finalized, we fill up the holes with fresh concrete that matches the original, so you barely notice the tiny holes. Our poly leveling process also creates very little mess compared to other concrete leveling techniques, making the clean up process a breeze.
Step 5: Enjoy Almost Immediately:
And just like that, you’re good to go! Our concrete leveling usually cures in under an hour, which means you can safely walk upon or use your concrete structure again the same day. Neuwirth Concrete Solutions takes pride in our durable concrete restoration services, meaning you can enjoy the benefits for years to come.
